The hotel rooms are a bit small but clear, located on the 28th floor of a 40-floor building, featuring hot tubs. The service is top-notch, with always smiling and accommodating staff. The location is quite nice, right in downtown with convenient access to services. The dining experience is lavish with a variety of options. A well-equipped hotel connected to access and not far from the airport, ideal for shopping and gambling.

The front desk service, especially from LEE at the concierge, recommended some awesome and value-for-money local food options nearby and even informed us about tax refunds available at the hotel. The location inside the Lotte shopping mall was spacious and convenient, not far from the city center and Busan KTX station. Dining options offered a wide variety with excellent taste and service. Facilities were top-notch and modern.
